About the role

Banquet service runs around the clock during convention season. You set rooms, run plated courses on a captain's count, and reset for the next function. Most functions are 400 to 2,500 guests.

What you'll do

Set linen, china, and glass to the banquet event order
Serve plated courses and maintain buffet lines
Handle guest requests and dietary flags with the captain
Reset and strike rooms after each function

What we're looking for

Prior banquet, restaurant, or catering service experience
Able to carry a tray of ten covers
Open availability including overnight sets
Black-tie grooming standards
