About the role
You are the person the client finds when something changes. Captains arrive with the truck, walk the site, brief the team, run the timeline with the planner, and close out the event.
What you'll do
- Brief and assign service staff at load-in
- Run the reception timeline with the planner and kitchen
- Handle guest and vendor issues on site
- Close out equipment counts and staff hours
What we're looking for
- Two years in catering or banquet service, including lead shifts
- Valid driver's license and comfort towing a small trailer
- Saturdays required March through November
- TABC certification or willingness to obtain
