About the role

Stewarding sets the pace of a banquet kitchen. You run the dish machine, break down banquet returns, and keep pots, pans, and hotel boxes moving back to the line.

What you'll do

Operate the dish machine and three-compartment sink
Break down banquet returns and stack for service
Run trash, cardboard, and grease programs
Deep clean on a posted rotation

What we're looking for

No experience required — we train
Able to stand and lift through an eight-hour shift
Availability on weekends
Reliable transportation to the property
