About the role

Calls are posted through our staffing portal, typically four to eight hours, black tie, with bar kits and product supplied. Most events are a cocktail hour followed by a seated dinner.

What you'll do

Set and break down portable bars
Pour a set cocktail menu at volume
Track product and report counts to the captain
Card guests and refuse service when required

What we're looking for

One year bartending, ideally off-premise or banquet
New York alcohol-service training
Availability on weeknights and weekends
Own black-tie uniform
