Event Production Lead

About the role

You'll own a book of corporate and nonprofit events across the Bay Area — advancing venues, building run sheets, hiring crew from our roster and leading the room on show day. Office days are planning and client calls; show days are on site. We're a small team, so you'll have real say in how productions run and which vendors we use. Expect two to five events a month, mostly weekday evenings with some weekends.

What you'll do

• Advance venues and build run-of-show documents
• Book and lead crew, servers and bar teams on site
• Manage vendor quotes, load-in schedules and client walkthroughs

What we're looking for

• Two or more years leading events or production crews
• Comfortable managing 10+ staff on a show day
• Valid driver's license and Bay Area availability
