Event Setup Crew (Load-In & Strike)

About the role

Crew work for conference load-ins at Moscone, hotel ballrooms and waterfront venues. Early calls, clear run sheets and a lead on every crew. Shifts are posted by the week and often include overtime during show season. No prior production experience needed — we train on pipe and drape, staging decks and cases. If you already run gear, there's a path to lead crew.

What you'll do

• Move, build and strike staging, tables, pipe and drape
• Roll and stack cases safely to the truck
• Follow the run sheet and check in with the crew lead

What we're looking for

• Able to lift 50 lb repeatedly through a shift
• Comfortable with 6am call times
• Steel-toe boots (we reimburse the first pair)
