The barn venue runs a seasonal menu with three service styles. You build the menus clients choose from, staff each weekend, and answer for food cost and quality.

What you'll do

Write seasonal wedding menus and tasting service
Hire, schedule, and train the kitchen crew
Own food cost, ordering, and vendor relationships
Run the pass on event nights

What we're looking for

Five years in kitchens, two running one
Catering or banquet volume experience
Weekend availability April through October
Oregon food manager certification
