About the role
Fiondr LLC is recruiting three part-time General Laborers to work as Room Attendants at the Ocean Drive Hotel, a 96-room boutique property in Miami Beach. This is a hybrid job for local candidates: you will do on-site housekeeping shifts and use Fiondr’s platform for scheduling and communication.
You will clean and reset guest rooms to a checklist, report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items, and help keep hallways and supplies organized. We train every new attendant for a full week and will show you the standards and routines before you start regular shifts.
What you'll do
- Clean and reset about 12 guest rooms per shift following the hotel checklist
- Make beds, restock towels and amenities, clean bathrooms, and empty trash
- Report broken or missing items to maintenance and turn in lost-and-found items
- Keep your cart stocked and hallways clear and tidy
- Respect guest privacy and handle guest areas professionally
What we're looking for
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and push a housekeeping cart for most of a shift
- Reliable local transportation for shifts in Miami Beach
- Able to work a part-time schedule with on-site shifts at the hotel
- Comfortable following a checklist and receiving hands-on training
