About the role

Our Bernal kitchen bakes for three counters and a small wholesale route. You will run the morning bake with one other baker and a porter.

What you'll do

Shape, proof, and bake country loaves and laminated pastry
Hold mix logs and temperature records
Keep the kitchen to health-code standard

What we're looking for

One year in a production bakery or high-volume kitchen
Comfortable with 4am starts
Food handler card within 30 days of hire
