About the role

Join the catering kitchen in Emeryville that feeds corporate lunches, weddings and galas across the East Bay. You'll prep vegetables, proteins and sauces, assemble platters, and pack orders for delivery on schedule.

What you'll do

Prep produce, proteins and sauces to recipe
Assemble platters and boxed meals
Label, date and store food safely
Keep your station and the kitchen clean

What we're looking for

One year of kitchen or prep experience
California Food Handler card
Comfortable with knives and commercial equipment
Available weekday mornings
