About the role

Commissary prep starts at 5 a.m. You work a printed production sheet — butchering, portioning, sauces, and pan-outs — and load the trucks before the event crews arrive.

What you'll do

Work the daily production sheet start to finish
Portion and pan proteins and sides for transport
Keep coolers labeled, dated, and rotated
Load event trucks with the logistics lead

What we're looking for

Knife skills and kitchen experience of any kind
Reliable 5 a.m. start
Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
Food handler card
