Registration Staff — Trade Shows

About the role

Shows run three to six days. You work a registration counter or a roaming help position, scan badges, and route attendees. Training is a paid hour on the morning of load-in.

What you'll do

Check in attendees and print badges
Answer wayfinding and session questions
Escalate registration problems to the show lead
Keep counters stocked and tidy

What we're looking for

Comfortable with tablets and scanners
Customer service manner under a line
Able to stand for a six-hour shift
Available for early show mornings
