What you'll do

Write prep lists and assign the production board
Expedite plated service on the banquet line
Manage food cost, ordering, and waste logs
Train and schedule cooks and stewards

What we're looking for

Three years in banquet or high-volume kitchens, one in a lead role
ServSafe Manager certification
Comfortable with a mixed early and late schedule
Strong written prep and ordering habits
