About the role

You work out of a venue kitchen or a mobile rig, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to crews of forty to a hundred, plus dressing-room hospitality to a rider.

What you'll do

Set and serve crew meals on the production schedule
Build dressing-room hospitality to the rider
Track allergies and dietary requests by name
Break down and load out the kitchen

What we're looking for

Kitchen or catering experience
Comfortable with 12-hour show days
Discreet around artists and guests
Own transportation to venues
