Hiring for a Three-Day Activation Without Burning Your Team

A staffing timeline that starts twenty-one days out and ends with people who show up.

Most no-show problems are scheduling problems wearing a costume. If your roster is confirmed 48 hours before doors, you have already lost the ability to fix it.

Start twenty-one days out. Post the role with the exact shift windows and the pay rate. At fourteen days, close applications and run a single round of fifteen-minute screens. At ten days, confirm in writing with call times and addresses.

At seventy-two hours, reconfirm by text and hold two alternates at a small retainer. It costs less than a hole in your floor team on a Saturday.
