How do I track or withdraw an application?

Application status, stages, history, "viewed by employer", interviewing, offer, hired, not selected, rejected; cancel, withdraw or delete an application you sent.

Last updated

Open Applications to see every job you applied to, its current stage, and a Withdraw button if you change your mind.

The stages

Each application moves through these stages as the employer works on it:

  1. Submitted: the employer has your application.
  2. Viewed by employer: someone at the company opened it.
  3. Interviewing: the employer wants to talk. If they scheduled a time, it is shown here.
  4. Offer: the employer has made an offer.
  5. Hired: you got the job. A start date appears if the employer set one.

An application can also show Not selected. Stages change only when the employer updates them, so a listing can stay at Submitted for a while.

See the details

Tap View details on any application to see:

  • what you submitted: name, email, phone, resume file name, your note and your headline
  • the interview date and location, if scheduled
  • a timeline of every stage change
  • notes the employer added about you
  • messages from the employer, with a Message the employer button to reply

Filter the list

Use the stage menu at the top right of the list to show only one stage, such as Interviewing.

Withdraw an application

  1. Find the application and tap Withdraw.
  2. It disappears from your history and the employer no longer sees it in their pipeline.

You cannot withdraw once the stage is Hired or Not selected.

If it still doesn't work

If "We couldn't withdraw that application" appears, refresh the page and try again. For anything else, open a ticket from Help & support.
