Cafeteria Cook — Corporate Dining

About the role

Monday through Friday, no nights. You cook a rotating menu for 600 daily covers with a crew of eight, and you are home by four.

What you'll do

Cook breakfast and lunch stations to the menu cycle
Hold and record temps on the serving line
Support catering drops on campus
Clean and close your station

What we're looking for

Line cook or institutional cooking experience
6 a.m. start availability
Food handler card
Comfortable with batch cooking
