About the role

Our Charleston room turns 180 covers on a weekend night. You own a station from prep through close, working off a printed prep list and a chef who tastes everything before it leaves the pass.

What you'll do

Prep your station and set mise before service
Cook to ticket times through dinner service
Break down, label, and rotate product at close
Keep station temps and logs current

What we're looking for

One year on a restaurant line, or culinary school plus a stage
Comfortable on your feet for a nine-hour shift
Available weekends and holidays
Food handler card within 30 days of hire
