Five-table sections, an oyster program, and a wine list of sixty bottles. Training is two weeks with a certified trainer before you take a section alone.

What you'll do

Guide guests through menu and wine
Fire courses with the kitchen and run the table
Handle payment and closing side work
Support your section partners during turns

What we're looking for

One year full-service serving
Comfortable talking about wine and shellfish
Weekend and holiday availability
Massachusetts alcohol-service certification
