Getting startedFor employers
How do I finish setting up my employer account?
Get set up checklist, onboarding steps, company profile, first listing, first invoice or plan, employer dashboard overview, inbox, alerts.

The Get set up page at /employer/onboarding walks you through three steps. You can leave and come back; progress is saved.
The three steps
- Set up your company profile. This is the page job seekers read before they apply, and it feeds your shareable hiring pages. Add a tagline, a description, benefits, photos and a hiring contact. See How do I edit my company profile?.
- Post your first job. The guided form covers the role, the pay range, the schedule and how people apply. You can save a draft. See How do I post a job?.
- Pay your first invoice. Start a monthly plan or pay an open invoice by card. Payments clear right away. See How do monthly plans work?.
A banner on your Overview shows how many steps are done until all three are complete.
Your dashboard
The left-hand menu has:
- Overview: active listings, new applicants, applies, open balance and alerts.
- Inbox: new applications, invoices, interview invites and conversations.
- Jobs and Post a job
- Hiring: interviews, start dates and the automatic email log.
- Calendar sync, Applicants, Packages, Billing, Pay stubs, Company
- Help & support: help articles and your support tickets.
Alerts
The Alerts panel on your Overview flags new applications, listings within five days of expiring, and invoices due in the next week. The same alerts are emailed to your hiring contact.
If it still doesn't work
If a step stays unchecked after you finished it, refresh the page. Still wrong? Open a ticket from Help & support.
