Posting jobsFor employers
How do I post a job?
Post a job, create a listing, job posting form, pay range required, write a job description with AI, add photos, save a draft, submit for review, publish.

Go to Post a job and work through four short steps. A pay range is required on every listing.
Step 1: Role basics
- Job title: write it the way a job seeker would search, with no internal codes.
- State and City where the work happens. If your city has no hub yet, type its name.
- Category, Job type and On-site, hybrid, or remote.
Step 2: Pay & applications
- Pay — minimum, Pay — maximum and the Period (hour, day, week, month or year). The maximum must be at least the minimum.
- How people apply: Quick apply collects applications here, with the seeker's resume and contact details. External sends them to an Application URL on your own site.
Step 3: Description
- Write it with AI: type rough notes about the role (at least 20 characters) and tap Write my listing. It fills in the summary, description, responsibilities, requirements and benefits, which you can edit.
- One-line summary (at least 20 characters) is shown in search results under the title.
- Full description (at least 60 characters).
- Responsibilities, Requirements and Benefits: one per line.
- Up to six photos, JPG, PNG or WebP, 5 MB each, with optional captions.
Step 4: Review & publish
You see the listing exactly as job seekers will. Then choose:
- Save draft: nothing is published and no listing is used from your plan.
- Publish — submit for review: the listing goes to In review and usually goes live within an hour. It runs for the number of days your plan allows, normally 30.
Publishing uses one listing from your monthly plan or one credit. If you have none left, you will see a message and can save the draft instead. See How do monthly plans work?.
Your draft is also kept in your browser while you work, so you can leave and return.
If it still doesn't work
If a step will not continue, look for the red message under a field. If publishing fails for another reason, open a ticket from Help & support with the category Posting.
