Everything about money is on the Billing page: your plan, package balance, sponsorship spend, and invoices you can pay by card.

Pay an invoice

  1. Open Billing and find the invoice in the list. Unpaid invoices add up to the Open balance on your Overview.
  2. Tap Pay by card beside it.
  3. Enter your card in the secure checkout that opens on the page.

After paying you return to Billing with the note "Confirming your card payment". The invoice switches to Paid on its own, usually within a few seconds. Payment confirmations are also emailed to your hiring contact.

Receipts for plan payments

Monthly plan charges are made by card and a receipt is emailed to you each month. The Plan panel shows the next Renews date.

Package balance

Package balance shows posts available, used and purchased, and any sponsored credit. An unused package can be refunded on request; see How do I request a refund?.

Send an invoice to someone else

Staffing agencies and producers can bill a client or a department from the Send an invoice panel:

  1. Fill in What is this for?, the Amount (USD) and the Payment terms (days). Net 30 is the default.
  2. Enter the Send to email.
  3. Tap Create and send, or save it as a draft to send later.

Local Job Post invoices are issued on Net 30 terms.

If it still doesn't work

If an invoice stays unpaid after a successful card payment for more than a few minutes, open a ticket from Help & support with the category Billing and the invoice number.
